What happens when you arrive

On arrival, your pet is assessed immediately by one of our nurses or vets. We'll give you a cost estimate for what's likely involved, keeping in mind that emergency costs can vary depending on what treatment's needed, and we'll keep you updated regularly throughout your pet's time with us.

In some cases, we may recommend transferring your pet to a specialist or 24-hour emergency facility for the level of care they need.
